Well, winter struck again. Last January was one of the snowiest on record, but this December was the snowiest on record. Sixty inches of snow between December 14 and December 29. Shoveling got old so fast.

Abby had a lot of fun with Halloween this year. She went as a High School Musical cheerleader. We went trick-or-treating at Eastside Marketplace, a local mall, the Palouse Mall, Theophilus Tower, dorms on UI campus, and around the neighborhood where we live. Abby ended up with a lot of candy. So much that we had to use one of our reusable Winco shopping bags to hold it all.

For Abby's 7th birthday we invited three of her friends over and let them decorate the cake. They had a lot of fun, and you will never see another birthday cake like this one!
